Upon Registering, Using or buying anything with Rovemarket, I understand and agree that ;

Use of Rovemarket Services

1.1. Licenses and agreements

I have the relevant certification/license to handle, sell or create the things I am selling legally such as the food licensing if I am making food, and ensuring that the quality of the product is relevant to what is listed before dispatching it to the driver.

1.2. Relationship with Shop partners, Customers and Delivery partners

Delivery partners would act as an independent contractor which means they are not employees of Rovemarket and contracts directly with Rovemarket's shop partners. Customers would also contract directly with shop partners to get items from our shop partners sold.

1.3. What is your relationship with Rovemarket?

We assist in connecting you with customers and delivery partners.

We do not provide delivery services or sell your items. However, you contract directly with both delivery partners and customers to get your products delivered and sold.

2. What Rovemarket Provides

Rovemarket is providing access to relevant Rovemarket owned apps or websites.

Rovemarket helps businesses with managing delivery settings, managing refunds and complaints and also connecting you with delivery partners and consumers.

3. Responsibilities

3.1. What Rovemarket is responsible and not responsible for, and an understanding of Rovemarket’s responsibilities and your responsibilities as a shop partner.

3.1.1. Rovemarket is responsible for providing you with a platform that enables you to connect your shop with delivery partners and your customers.

3.1.2. Rovemarket does not take responsibility if the things/item you sell in our platform is unsafe, illegal or may cause harm to others in any way as you are the one responsible for the things you are selling.

3.1.3. It is your responsibility to set the price of your goods, ensure the quality of your goods, provide clear photographs that match with the goods and details of your goods and suitably packaged your items.

3.1.4. If you want to employ your own delivery team, train and maintain your delivery staff, set your self-delivery price and location, offer customer service for self-delivery goods, ensure that self-delivery products are shipped to customers securely and with fair care.

3.1.5. As a shop it is your responsibility to act in accordance with the legislation of the government, all Rovemarket’s policies and terms and conditions and securing proper permissions to supply the products (such as food or alcohol).

4. How Does the Agreement End?
You need to provide us 7 days notice when you decide to end the agreement or cancel a shop, or earlier in certain circumstances. If you breach the agreement, your access to Rovemarket apps will be denied.

5. Can the Agreement Change?

The agreement can be changed by allowing a fourteen days (two weeks) notice if the change would negatively affect your rights. Other changes to the general terms will be posted on our website and notified by email. Changes to your order form will also be sent to your email. If you do not agree with the changes, you can simply end the agreement by contacting us before the two week period elapses.

4. Tax Return

4.1. tax return conditions

Rovemarket is not responsible for reporting your taxes by the end of each financial year. Each registered Rovemarket shop should report their own tax on their own behalf.

Generally, Rovemarket do not permit users to use our services anonymously or use someone else or a pseudonym to allow one user to be anonymous . Rovemarket may not be able to provide our services if users do not provide their personal information.

Allowing stakeholders to complete purchase and selling transactions.
Enabling you to connect with all parties of the transaction including Rovemarket’s delivery partners, shop partners and also purchasing clients.
Informing orders made by clients via text messages, email, third party applications, social media, Rovemarket owns websites or applications and other communicating platforms.
Helping to solve problems with our service and responding to client questions and needs.
To help tailoring the contents to best suit your needs and interests upon using our services
Helping to tailor advertisements to your interests and needs
Improving our contents and services functions
Helping our shop partners to understand their businesses and improving their listings and the things shop partners sell.
Understanding RoveMarket users demographic, interest and behaviors

To provide recommendations for shop partners and buyers
Manage business obligations such as audits, service administrations, to prevent frauds, the enforcement of corporate reporting obligations, analytics, to comply with the law, to ensure that the things our shop partners to sell things that are safe, legal or will not harm anyone in anyway and calculating the number of visitors in Rovemarket owned websites.

Rovemarket may use some of the information provided above for other purposes that is not mentioned above which we will disclose to you by the time Rovemarket receives or collects the information with your consent or if it is required by law.
