Shipping Policy

Currently for home shops, to ensure that everyone can operate flexibly, home shops have the choice to deliver their own products or use our delivery service (my courier) to reach extra miles for more customers so that home shops can operate on their own time flexibly.

Return & Exchange Policy

just in case if you buy an item and the store is unreachable, you can send us an email to admin@rovemarket.com before 12am on Saturday the week you bought the item and a proof that the store can't be reached or the item was not delivered. then after confirming that the item you bought was not delivered, we would process the refund as soon as possible.
